Word for Australia – ‘Prophetic’ Homeland Security in 2026

In 2017 I released a word about prophetic security in Australia and the need for the church to both identify and combat threats to the nation’s spiritual airwaves, safeguarding it from concealed demonic agendas. The primary warning here was connected to Matthew 7 where Jesus warns about false prophets and doctrine regarding ‘sheep in wolves clothing.’
As I prayed, expecting to receive something strategic for the rest of this year, I heard the Lord speak a very similar thing for our season now in Australia.
I heard Him clearly say;
“I am re-establishing a watchman mandate for the nations through Australia.”
I knew that this was invitation from the Lord for the Australian church to be continually positioned as a watchman on the wall to warn of imminent spiritual and/or natural threats to Australia and the nations. I understood that in addition to this renewed posture, prophetic and strategic prayer would allow many congregations to partner with the Lord in ways they had never thought possible. Many churches will see national and even global shifts as they begin to lay hold of a new level of empowerment to bring Heaven’s solution to Earth through prayer.
There are multiple verses about watchmen in the Bible. The scriptures describe this strategic position in the natural with people appointed to diligently keep watch alerting others of an enemies hostile intent to take over their town, city or region (home-land security). Accordingly, in a spiritual sense, prophets along with men and women of God were called to keep watch for opposing spiritual threats to the Gospel and to God’s people alike. This is a recurring theme in the New Testament especially throughout the letters of Paul.
In a connected vision, I saw many church buildings with automated opening roofs (some of these I was aware had previously been fastened shut) I knew, in this instance, that the church roof was never meant to remain closed but that their original design was instead akin to that of convertible roof, opening and closing to reveal the ‘air-space’ above. This gave the church direct access to the airwaves allowing them to firstly discern ‘watch’ and then challenge ungodly frequencies and/or disruption from their place of safety and Apostolic protection. I believe the Lord was showing me that this was a part of the original design for His house.

‘Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations?’
When the roof (figurately speaking) was rarely opened, I knew that this represented a limited outworking of this mandate. However when a fuller understanding of what is available was grasped, the intel from watchman and the true power of prayer could now bring real-time time shift at local, national and international levels through the local church assembly.
As soon as the mandate was accepted, (in the vison), it immediately opened the roof providing the church with open access to the airwaves above. This first allowed the church to identify what was in the air above and secondly, apply a targeted prayer response to quiet the storm, reclaim dominion and establish spiritual order. I knew this was, partly, how we are commissioned to take the airwaves back from the prince of the power of the air. Ephesians 2:2
As the churches brought their spiritual response to what was above, I saw a frequency of truth, bring stillness and Divine order to the skies above the church and then spread that frequency out to the surrounding region. This frequency then began to infiltrate and envelop both the natural and spiritual turbulence above the nation of Australia and then to the nations further abroad.
The church was always designed to be a spiritual ‘air-force’ identifying and neutralising potential threats in the airwaves, dispelling evil narratives, demonic manipulation, fear and thwarting disasters both big and small.
This is the hour, more than ever that we need to keep our corporate roofs open to reveal what’s in the airwaves. I believe that the security of the nations is in the hands of the church and that as we say YES to embrace ancient path of watching, praying and bringing prophetic solution ‘on our watch’ we will see many things shift at a historic level.
